so instead of trying to manage nonsense on some website like xanga or livejournal or something - i decided to start a blog on here.

who knows how long this will last, but like anything - it's worth a shot.

this is more for me to keep some sort of a running dialogue going with myself than keeping others updated on my life.

if you're the lurking sort, im sure you'll be able to find me on myspace or facebook easily enough. just please dont show in front of my apartment in a creepy white van unless you intend on coming inside and playing ms pacman or catchphrase.

i've been "fortunate" enough to catch the same horrible sickness that pretty much half of the windy city rollers have contracted, and i must say that im not enjoying it one bit. i feel like my lungs are constantly punching me in the throat... and that's pretty much what's going on.

hopefully all will be well in time for the bout on sunday.
